Pronounced ‘Vera Voxt’ this wine is a field blend of three grape varietals that grow ‘just as they please’ on the iconic and prestigious Nussberg Vineyard which overlooks the city of Vienna and slopes down to the River Danube. This style of wine making is known as ‘Gemischtersatz’ locally.

Nose: Light fresh rose petals
Palate: Hints of fresh herbs, a touch of spice and fullness in the middle of the palate with a long finish
Food pairing: Schnitzel (obviously!) and Asian dishes too
