The Kirchberg was originally cultivated by the Cistercian monks in 1203. The vineyard faces south East looking out to Lake Neusiedl and basking in its mild Pannonian climate. 2007 was a warmer year and this Blaufränkisch is harmonious and balanced. This wine’s elegant character and impressive density will delight the connoisseur of single vineyard wines.
