Blaufränkisch is the second most widely planted red grape in Austria and our region Burgenland is particularly famous for this grape variety. It is a noble and exciting grape which can express the origins where it is grown. We have a big soft spot for this variety and in time it will deservedly earn a place in the spot light next to the famous Austrian Grüner Veltliner.
