An elegant brandy similar to Cognac made from distilled Blaufränkisch wine and aged in oak from local trees from Manhartsberg. This is one of Jost Höpler’s many fun projects. A real treat.
Colour: Dark golden yellow
Nose: Elegant aromas of vanilla, spice and ripe fruit.
Palate: A powerful nose, that reminds you of honey, pepper and cinnamon.
Food pairing: Wonderful with creamy cheese or simply as a digestif with an extravagant cigar!
