WiraWåxt harvest 2022

Jost’s 4th harvest of WiraWåxt took place during the last weekend of September.

It was a glorious day.  The weather was kind and this year the age range spanned from 2 to 86 years old!

The yields were down this year due to the drier summer but what we have is fermenting well in the tanks in Breitenbrunn.
