Rose Celestia 2023- Austria’s best rose of 2023!

The beginning of May marks the opening of the rosé season and with it the awards for the newly released vintages from 2023.  Last week was no exception and we are excited to have received two awards for our Rosé Celestia 2023.

Gourmet World

• 92.8 Points and Top 5 rosé Austria. The highest scoring rosé of 2023 vintage

Meininger

• 90 Points in the International Rosé Award

Rosé has been a huge trend over the last ten years and is now firmly valued for more than just that “feeling of Mediterranean joy and happiness” it brings to a sunny terasse on a warm afternoon. Sommeliers and wine critics recognise the diversity and aging potential of these wines and use them for pairings throughout the year, not just the warmer months.

This year’s Hoepler Celestia is made with Blaufraenkisch as always and retains its pale pink, dry light flavour with a fruity nose.
