Kirchberg is our signature vineyard, steeped in history and originally planted in 1203 by the Cistercian monks from Burgundy. Here our vines are able to reach their perfect ripeness touched by our Pannonian climate and basking in the reflection of the beautiful Lake Neusiedl. This single vineyard grüner veltliner is produced from 45 year old vines, picked late and matured for 6 months in used French oak. A more concentrated and bold wine, this is a great example of the broad spectrum of styles that can be produced from this fabulous grape.
