EN PINOT NOIR ROSENBERG 2014 PML

Pinot Noir Rosenberg 2014

Dry | 0.75L

In the historic vineyard of the Rosenberg, the grapes are favoured by the moderating influences of the Neusiedler Lake, breathe the mild Pannonic climate and are nurtured by the multi-layered minerality of this extraordinary terroir. These unique conditions permit this Pinot Noir to ripen to optimum quality and provide authentic character with silken elegance.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Cherry red with a delicate lightening towards the rim.
Nose: Aromas of dark berries such as blackberries and raspberries which produce a complex bouquet with floral nuances. Light toasty aromatics from elegantly integrated oak.
Palate: Bold on the palate, unfolding gracefully with a long, lingering finish and nougat aftertaste.
Food pairing: Delicious with mushroom dishes, duck and roast rack of lamb but also rare stake, guinea fowl, beef wellington, grilled lobster.
