Find your own, personal approach to wine Christoph Höpler’s long-cherished dream was to initiate a personal debate on the subject of wine as a cultural asset. After relocating a large part of the winery’s production from the old estate to a new cellar in the neighbouring community of Breitenbrunn, it was possible for him to realise this dream. In less than a year, together with Christian Deix (photographer), Guntram Münster (concept creator) and Conrad Kroencke (industrial designer), Christoph Höpler realised the concept of Höpler’s Wine Chambers. Form your own opinion through self-discovery Using new methods and not in traditionally, predetermined ways, such as those used at wine seminars, on cellar tours or at commentated tastings, visitors are encouraged to gather their own impressions, develop their own understanding, and reach their own conclusions through personal experience. In our eight wine chambers, all the senses are activated and consumed with the subject of wine. In this way, visitors can trace the essence of wine, appreciate its value, and form their own opinions which, to all intents and purposes, may contradict those of an expert.
