In 2002 Jamie Oliver combined two ambitions: to open a top class restaurant and to give disadvantaged youngsters the chance to gain professional training.The Fifteen Foundation is keen to help as many young people as possible. Each of the four restaurants offers a second chance to young people in their communities.

Fifteen is one of London’s most popular and successful restaurants. The restaurant is a place where young people learn and also the generator of the money which helps fund that learning. Jamie is a trustee of the foundation and is as passionate about Fifteen now as he was five years ago.
